What is Professional Practice?
Professional practice takes place during the final years of undergraduate studies at teaching and training institutions with which the Faculty has cooperation agreements. Students observe the work of professional teams, participate in assessment and treatment in accordance with their level of study, and keep records of their completed practice.
Practice dates are published in the class schedule for the semester in which the practice takes place.
During my practice, I saw for the first time what working with a child looks like—from assessment to developing a support plan. What we had learned in practical classes only really made sense once I was working alongside a mentor.
